The Dough Shield was designed to prevent dough from walking up the neck/head of the attachment. It’s easy to use, clean, and store! Compatible with most spiral dough hooks for KitchenAid 5/5.5/6/7/8 Qt Bowl Lift Mixers. Including Professional 600 Series, ProLine 7 Qt. and Commercial 8 Qt .

Comes with (2) adapters to fit different types of KitchenAid spiral dough hooks.

Adapter (A) fits standard spiral dough hooks while Adapter (B) fits “F Style” spiral dough hooks for Bowl Lift Glass bowls.
