Shipping Label!

We’ve noticed that shipping costs can be quite expensive ranging from $50-125. We are offering labels at a flat rate to help attempt to save you money! You are welcome to shop around for labels but it will be hard to beat our price!

Labels are rated for up to 30 lbs. with box dimension being 18x18x18 or smaller! (Boxes exceeding these dimensions and weights can be subject to additional fees per UPS policy, the additional cost will be the customers responsibility).

(We recommend a minimum of 16x14x18 for bowl raise machines) and (16x12x16 for tilt head machines).

Make sure that all of your information is correct as we will use the info you input in checkout to create your label and email it to you to be printed off! (This is not an automated process, generally label is sent in 24 hours or less)

The shipping companies do not go out of their way to care for your package so make sure to pack and over pack to protect your machine! Check our shipping video on youtube/shipping tab of squarespace for proper packing instructions!

Unfortunately due to the cost of shipping Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for this label! We can ship/accept shipments to AK and HI however the customer will be responsible for any extra postage!

As always, we cover return shipping as a courtesy!
