Flex Edge Beater For Professional 600/5 Plus

This will not fit the K5SS/K5A body style of mixer!

This is a flex edge style beater designed to help keep the sides and bottom of the Pro 600/Pro 5 Plus style bowl lift mixers free of unincorporated ingredients. This item will fit the 5-6 quart bowls of the Professional Series mixers. This will not fit the tilt heads or the K5SS style (4.5-5 quart) lift machines with removeable back cap. The tilt head flex edge can be found under a separate listing.

If you have a large gap between the bottom of the bowl and the paddle after it is in the raised position and after turning the adjustment screw on the neck all the way to the left (this brings the bowl closer) (careful it only goes half a turn in each direction don’t over crank)! Then this product is for you, this is kitchenaid fix for having excess beater clearance!
